Making sure that all is A-OK
Too often a computer is simply purchased, thrown together, switched on and the user is simply expected to know
it all or learn on the hoof. Not only that but then they are expected to magically fix things when they go wrong.
Although we feel OfficeBox software id both intuitive and reliable we recognize the need of providing support
and back up.
Different organizations require different levels of support. We feel that we produce a service that is worth
the money, so much so that common in all our offerings is on-site documentation and customer control enabling
customers to easily move vendors if required. There are many different levels of support and services but the
main ones can be sumarized as:
- Paid Support: For customers who do not need support as such, and pay for services as and when they need them
- Email Support: The customer sends us an email and we respond by the close of the next business day or sooner. Training and implimentation work are paid for when required
- Phone Support: The customer may send Emails as in Email Suppport but can also phone during business hours
- Montly Facilities Management: The customer pre-pays for one or more days each month at a discounted rate that can then be used for training, implimentations or whatever the customer desires - Phone Support and associated services come with this
- Weekly Facilities Management: The customer pre-pays for one or more days each week at a more discounted rate that can then be used for training, implimentations or whatever the customer desires - Phone Support and associated services come with this
- Tailored Support: The support package is tailored to meet the needs of the customer - contact us for details
